YOUR INFORMATION

Privacy,
with Care.

1. Who is responsible

Website operator / data controller: LE COMM', 6 RUE PORTAL, 81600 GAILLAC, France. Privacy contact: hello@matchacitea.com. You can use this address for privacy enquiries. Before server-side customer or newsletter collection is enabled, the processing information below must be completed.

2. Shopping bag

The website stores selected product identifiers and quantities in browser local storage so that your bag remains available on this device. The website code does not submit this bag to an order-processing service.

3. Newsletter preference

The preview form stores the email address and the time of submission locally on your device. It does not subscribe you to a mailing list or send the address to an email marketing provider. A real newsletter requires an updated notice and an appropriate opt-in process.

4. Technical requests

The hosting platform receives the technical information necessary to deliver pages and assets, such as network request information. The controller must confirm the hosting provider, retention, processing arrangements and any relevant international transfers before commercial launch. No advertising or analytics tracking script has been added to this site.

5. Manage local information

You can remove local information using your browser’s site-data settings or the control below. This clears the bag and saved newsletter preference from this browser; it does not erase technical records held by the hosting platform.

6. Future customer information

Before checkout, account creation or server-side subscriptions are enabled, this notice must explain the data collected, purposes, legal bases, recipients, retention periods, safeguards and applicable rights, including how to raise a concern with the relevant data protection authority.
