1. Seller and scope

No orders are accepted in the current preview.

2. Products and prices

The final product page will state essential characteristics, quantity, ingredients and allergens where relevant. Preview prices are shown in USD. At checkout, the currency, tax treatment, delivery charges and total payable must be displayed before you commit to payment.

3. Ordering

Once enabled, customers will review items, quantities, delivery details and the total, correct errors, and accept the applicable sales terms before placing an order with an explicit obligation to pay. An order confirmation and applicable terms will be provided on a durable medium. The payment provider and precise acceptance process must be confirmed before launch.

4. Availability

Only available goods will be offered for order. If an accepted order cannot be fulfilled, we will inform you and apply the cancellation and refund rights required by law. Substitutions require your agreement.

5. Shipping and the launch offer

Free standard shipping worldwide is included during the launch offer, with no minimum purchase and no code. Destinations must be serviceable and lawful. Optional express delivery and import charges are excluded. Read the Shipping Policy. Estimated delivery dates must be disclosed before ordering.

6. Withdrawal, returns and refunds

The Refund Policy describes the withdrawal process, return costs and refunds. Applicable mandatory consumer protections always take precedence.

7. Conformity and defects

Products must conform to their descriptions and applicable legal requirements. Statutory conformity and hidden-defect protections cannot be removed by these terms. The required consumer-guarantee information must be completed for the seller’s jurisdiction before launch.

9. Applicable law

French law governs these sales terms, subject to mandatory consumer protections applicable in your country of habitual residence. These terms do not remove those protections or impose an exclusive foreign-court forum on consumers.
